Using the principles found in BDSM, Dominant led Life Coaching is based on Boundaries, Discipline, Structure and Motivation.  You will learn to articulate your needs, limits and desires with clarity.  Expectations are explicit, not vague, and you will receive honest direct feedback without sugar coating.  It is a coaching style for those who want clarity, intensity and deep intentional growth.

Expect to:

Build habits and routine based on good intentions and self respect.

Confront avoidance patterns with courage and steadiness.

Explore where you're giving away power in your life, e.g. work, relationships, self-talk

Develop a deeper understanding of your own limits and capacities.

There are 3 tier levels which offer different structures depending on what you're looking for.  All tiers will include a complimentary 60min initial consultation.

Green tier: 2x coaching sessions, email/whatsapp check ins, personalized discipline plan, clear weekly commitments.

Amber tier: 4x coaching sessions, priority scheduling, voice note/messaging accountability.

Red tier: Multiple touch points per week, Rapid response within agreed times, highly tailored discipline and boundary work, monthly progress audits.
